Rain, thunderstorms continued in Selangor until June 1

SHAH ALAM - Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected to continue in some areas of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur until June 1.

The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) through its official websites announced that the affected areas are Hulu Selangor, Gombak, Petaling, Hulu Langat and Sepang.

Sabak Bernam and Kuala Selangor areas are expected to rain by Friday while Klang and Kuala Langat are expected to experience heavy rainfall and thunderstorms by Saturday.

Most areas are expected to receive rain and thunderstorms in the evening while there will be no rain in one or two places in the morning and evening.

The weather is forecast to be good with no rain in Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor starting Saturday while in Klang and Kuala Langat starting Sunday.

Putrajaya is forecast to rain and thunderstorms until Friday but there will be no rain from Saturday to Monday.
